Before you book.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?+
No. That is the point. You do not need a slide deck, a summary document, or a structured brief. Come with the problem in your head and we will work from there. The first five minutes of the call is usually enough to surface everything needed.
Will I get notes or a follow-up after?+
No. This is a direct call, not a consulting engagement. There are no notes, no recorded summary, no follow-up document. The value is in the conversation itself and the clarity you leave with. If you want to take your own notes during the call, do.
What if my problem is too complex for one hour?+
Most problems that feel complex are actually simple once someone with the right pattern recognition looks at them. The hour is usually more than enough to cut through to what is actually going on and what to do about it. If after the call you want to go deeper, that conversation can happen then.
Is this a sales call for a bigger program?+
No. This is the product. There is no upsell waiting at the end. If you want to do further work together after the call, that conversation can happen naturally. But the unblocking call is complete in itself.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Calendly handles rescheduling automatically. You can move your booking up to 24 hours before the call. After that, the session is used. If something genuinely unexpected happens, get in touch directly.
How is payment handled?+
Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe through Calendly. Standard card payments accepted. You will receive a receipt immediately and a calendar confirmation with the call link.
I have not done a 7-day challenge. Can I still book?+
Yes. The 7-day challenges are a starting point but they are not a prerequisite. If you have a specific leadership problem you cannot shift, that is all you need to book this call.
